Your Data Rights

In compliance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and Meta Platform Terms), you have the right to request deletion of your personal data stored by Ainstantly AI.

What data we store

Account information (name, email), business data (AI employee configurations, product catalogs), conversation logs, WhatsApp phone numbers, and workflow automations.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified request, we will permanently delete: your account profile, all AI agents and their configurations, product catalogs, conversation history, message logs, phone number registrations, workflow automations, and any associated metadata.

Processing time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been permanently removed from our systems.

Data we may retain

We may retain certain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you, as well as any data we are legally required to keep (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes). WhatsApp message data stored on Meta's servers is subject to Meta's own data retention policies.

This action is irreversible

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All your AI employee configurations, product catalogs, conversation history, and automations will be permanently removed.
